I was really looking forward to my stay, especially since it was meant to kick off a special occasion. Unfortunately, while the ambiance is lovely and the spa facilities appear to be unique, I encountered significant issues with service and communication. The room had a musty smell, and the front desk staff were less than welcoming, leaving me somewhat disappointed, especially given the high price tag.
